We are a Community Assistance Program (CAP).  As a way to give back to the community in need, we have created an Outreach Program that distributes DISCOUNT Prescription Drug Cards, FREE, to ANYONE who needs this benefit.  No income qualifications needed.  This is not insurance...no premiums..no dues..no activation..no exclusions.  We have provided these cards to many organizations nationwide for those in need....the UNINSURED, UNDER-INSURED, MEDICARE & MEDICAID eligible.

 

ALL prescription drugs are covered by the card....DIABETES SUPPLIES, SMOKING CESSATION, and DURABLE MEDICAL SUPPLIES can be obtained at reduced rates.  Cards are available in 16 languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, French, Hmong, Khmer, Korean, Kurdish, Chinese, Polish, Russian, Somali, Tagalog, Vietnamese.  Bulk hard copies of the cards are available to organizations upon request.

 

Over 56,000 participating pharmacies in the United States and Puerto Rico.

 

For those individuals who still cannot afford their medications even with the discount card, RX Med Assist Program is available.
